Scribbles and Updates

Hey all, I know, I went off grid for a while but I'm still here. Started my internship three weeks ago and I've been commuting/working/commuting/sleeping. Lol. I have been writing on the commute though, it's an hour twenty both ways not counting the fifteen minute walk to and from the bus stop and then to and from my work so when I'm awake enough I'm putting in work, it's just finding the time to actually type it up. internship ends this Friday [ please let me get hired, please, please, please ] and there's no guarantee I'll get kept so there's that. Of course, it's my little brother's birthday tomorrow as well as a friend of mines so this weekend will probably be celebrating with them. Um, what else. Oh, someone is on fictionpress asking to buy people's copyright. If this happens to you say no. So I'm about halfway finished 33, I'm aiming to have it finished fairly soon but it's a heavy chapter on all fronts. It's looking like it'll be longer than I intended unless I go off-scene with some things or do flashbacks, and I'm not sure since I feel both AJ and Jared deserve full screen time. We shall see how it works when I finish writing it out. I wanted to have a teaser or cut scene to post but I couldn't find anything that wasn't spoilerish for later on so I thought I'd give you guys the beginning of the chapter. End of chapter 32 she confronts her parents about knowing about  Jared and this continues directly from there.   Do not click if you want to read it all in one go when I actually post on fp. This is about two and a half pages of what will be [unless I get stuck] in the final draft.

Kinda want to bump the previous post down since it continues to bother my soul, lol, and I'm trying to move past that. So, updates. Non-Writing Related Heading into the final stretch for school, found out today I got my internship! *brap brap* here's hoping they hire me afterwards and I don't have to struggle at searching for a job as I usually do. Of course, this means that all of my major projects are coming to a head since the internship starts in April but I'm hoping to figure out a system that will work better than the one I currently have, which hasn't been working out that well when it comes to writing regularly, lol. So here are the replies for the anon reviews. JamaicanGurl - I'm glad you're enjoying the story and my writing style. When it comes to spelling patois, I think that can be up for some debate, lol. I would actually spell it 'yahdies' [as would my friends but we're second gen. lol] but I said yardies because I think that would be easier to figure out what it means since I am writing for a mixed audience, lol, and yard is clearly stated while 'yahd' or 'yaad' would be confusing for people not in the country. And I said 'wind' because you can wind up a toy and it's a twisting motion so it's easy to connect it to the action they're doing with their hips, lol. I know I didn't update before Christmas but I hope you like the latest chapter! I know some of you are worried that I'm not going to finish but I am working on it. School officially started last week so I wanted to get the chapter done by this weekend but the transition is killing me. At some point in time, I took a scene that should've happened earlier out/altered it and now a scene I need to write for this chapter isn't working because its set up is built on what should've happened in the removed scene. I think I've figured out how to fix it but we'll see if I'm able to get it out this week as planned since third week [of school] is when everything will start to really pick up. Also, someone asked when we'll be seeing a happier Judi... not for a while. Her house of cards is tumbling and things are coming to light that she either has chosen to ignore or didn't about are coming to light.
