Scribbles and Updates

So I decided to scrap the opening I had for chapter 32 because, yeah, it tells us somethings but not enough to justify the 3k+ words it will take up. I still like it though, I wanted to show how her attitude was affecting her family and the fact that little things were changing even as her parents said they have everything under control.  It contains 'spoilers' for chapter 32 so read at your own risk, nothing too major, just hints at things. Enjoy.

School is finished for the term, so I'm focused on getting chapter 32 done and posted by Christmas. I'm really aiming to have the story complete before the new year starts even if the other chapters have to be handwritten with point form thrown in for ideas I don't have the words to get complete, lol. It might not get posted until the new year starts but I just want to be secure in the fact that I have it complete, lol. We'll see how well that goes since my baby brother alone has me all over the place (he has never met a club he didn't want to join so we're going to a bunch of Christmas concerts for him now. I'm actually pretty proud about that, lol, not to mention this is the first time in almost five years that I've been able to go to one of his concerts). But seriously, I do need to step my game up. Sorry about the internet silence, school is coming to an end so things have been busy. IWOAK I'm about a third of the way finished with this chapter, I'm over the 3k mark but the more I look at it the more it feels unnecessary but at the same time it does have bits that I want to highlight without it just being her telling us about it. I don't know, I need to finish the chapter and then based on that see if I should cut the opening or what. I have a little over two more weeks of school left for this term, thankfully, so as long as I remember to make sure I bring all my writing with me this chapter should be posted late December. I feel so behind on everything. I'm behind on review replies for chapter thirty ( I usually try to get them out either the same day as the new chapter has been posted or a day or two after), chapter 30 was posted mad late (it was supposed to be up for Halloween) and I was supposed to post a blog a few days ago. I am working on it, it will be posted on Sunday *crosses fingers* because I have a rough sketch for a chunk that I left at my house at school (came home for the weekend) and while I'll try to write it out as best as I can the little snippit thing I forgot has more the emotion I'm aiming for.
